85Fun Dance Junior Program – Refund & Makeup Policy

Tuition & Registration Policy

• Full tuition refund is available before the first class of the session.
• The $50 registration fee is non-refundable once registration is processed.
• Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing via email.
• No refunds will be issued after the second week of the semester/session unless approved under the Medical / Emergency Exception Policy below.

Medical / Emergency Exception Policy

• In cases of serious illness, injury, or other unavoidable emergencies, families may submit supporting documentation for review.
• Approved cases may receive account credit for remaining unused classes after applicable deductions.
• Account credit may be applied toward future classes, camps, workshops, or programs at 85Fun Dance.
• Cash refunds will generally not be issued under these circumstances.
• Credit approval, eligibility, and final credit amount are determined at the discretion of 85Fun Dance based on the situation and remaining classes.

Early Withdrawal Policy

• If a student withdraws before the second week of classes, remaining tuition may be issued as account credit minus:

• Classes already attended

• Registration fee

• Any applicable processing fees

• After the second week of the semester/session, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for missed or unused classes unless approved under the Medical / Emergency Exception Policy.

Makeup Class Policy

• Students may receive up to 2 makeup classes per semester with prior notice of absence.
• Makeup classes must be completed within the same semester/session.
• Makeup classes are subject to class availability and level approval.
• No makeup classes will be offered during the final 2 weeks of the semester/session.

Missed Classes

• No refunds or prorated tuition will be provided for missed classes due to vacations, schedule conflicts, or personal reasons.
• Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to observe class for safety and class continuity reasons.

Studio Cancellation Policy

• If 85Fun Dance cancels a class, a makeup class, substitute class, or account credit will be provided.
• In cases of emergency closures, classes may be moved online or rescheduled when possible.

Competition Team / Special Program Policy

• Team training fees, workshops, intensives, costumes, competition fees, convention fees, and special event fees are non-refundable once committed, registered, ordered, or processed.
• Additional withdrawal policies may apply under separate team agreements or contracts.

Summer Camp Policy

• Camp deposits are non-refundable.
• No refunds or prorated tuition will be issued for missed camp days.
• Camp transfers may be approved based on availability and advance notice.
